The Law Office of Jeffrey A. McCormick is dedicated to providing outstanding legal services to all of the firm's clients, including those I've been appointed to represent by the courts. This is a general practice law office and provides assistance to people with a large variety of legal needs. The majority of cases I handle involve criminal defense, family and juvenile law. I also represent people who have IRS problems.

The Law Office of Jeffrey A. McCormick offers value-based pricing for most legal services. Rather than basing my fees on the total time your case takes, my fees are based on the type of action I'm handling for the client. For example, when a client wishes to retain my services for a divorce, he or she is charged a flat fee for the case rather than an initial advance payment with the potential for additional charges as the case progress. On the other hand, if a client wishes to retain my services on an hourly basis, that fee arrangement is also available.
